1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Carmainty mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use the App.

We also operate a public website for general information (for example marketing pages, this Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy). That website does not provide account registration or sign-in for Carmainty; browsing it alone does not create a service relationship beyond applicable policies for visitors.

2. Description of Service

Carmainty is a car maintenance tracking application that allows users to record and manage vehicle maintenance, fuel-ups, expenses, and related information. The App provides both free and premium features. The core product is offered through the App; our public website is limited to informational content and legal pages.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account in the App. Our public website does not offer account creation or login. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information as necessary
Maintain the security of your password
Accept all responsibility for activity under your account

4. Premium Features

Carmainty offers premium features through in-app purchases:

Premium Offline: One-time purchase for unlimited cars, photos, and custom items
Premium Cloud: Monthly subscription for cloud synchronization across devices

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device's settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and synchronize your data as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you provide.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Carmainty and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Carmainty name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Carmainty or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You acknowledge that the App contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App in any manner.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
Upload malicious code or viruses
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App and our public website is governed by our Privacy Policy where it applies. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carmainty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
